The GivingLabs #holidayhack together with Dev4Good at Google campus gathered participants from all disciplines, developers, designers and strategy to create new ways of giving to charity via the The GivingLabs API together with Dev4Good. The created projects from this weekend in winning order. @tweetbribe – Bribery for good. (1st Prize winner)
Bribe your friends to send a tweet your write (naughty or nice) by offering a £1 donation to charity. If they accept you need to settle up and donate.

A game that allows you to blow up societies, and donate to the area you are destroying.

Every uploaded image with a moustache allows donations, the moustache with most donations become the SheVember of the year.

Please note: The Idea came from Heidi Harman who consults with TheGivingLab, but Matt who met Heidi at the #holidayhack built the app and recieves all the prices, and Heidi none due to working with the organiser. – (Fourth place)

Pick Me Up is a platform for on-line charity shop. This application allows people to donate freebies to charities. Why? Simply to reduce costs and increase value. Facebook

Plumb – A social voting ‘Image gallery’ with weekly selective Print Service. Proportion of proceeds prints sold goes to buyers chosen charity, then the logo for that charity is present in the corner of the print.
